The Green Finance Institute (GFI) can proudly announce that we have been recognised by The Sunday Times as one of the best places to work in the UK in the Best Places to Work: Small Organisations 2024 category, for the first time this year. The Sunday Times Best Places to Work in the UK for 2024, powered by WorkL, is a nationwide workplace survey, which rewards and celebrates Britain’s top employers. Employees across the GFI were surveyed on questions covering six key drivers of engagement: Reward and Recognition; Information Sharing; Empowerment; Instilling Pride; Job Satisfaction; and Wellbeing.
